VeeEngine is a game engine developed by Pavel Zagrebelnyy that the Spintires and MudRunner games are built on, it utilises Havok physics engine to calculate the physics in the game as well as vehicle to terrain interactions as well as DirectX with DXUT for rendering graphics and TinyXML for handling XML files that define properties of various in-game entities. The level editor for those two games is also running on VeeEngine. For SnowRunner, the engine was succeeded by Swarm Engine developed originally by Saber Russia for World War Z game.
