Spintires: The Original Game is a vehicle simulation game developed and published by Oovee Game Studios in partnership with IMGN.PRO. It was released on June 13, 2014 for Microsoft Windows and was taken down permanently on January 4, 2021. Spintires is the first game in the franchise followed by MudRunner and SnowRunner, both developed by Saber Interactive.

Updated version

On February 26, 2019, Spintires development and active support was resumed by Oovee Games, introducing various improvements, enhancements and new content. These additions include: new dynamic weather system with rain and wind; trucks B-131 and C-4310; improved water effects; new textures for dirt, concrete and sand; improved graphics and better looking nights; reworked sounds; new and reworked mud system; amphibious vehicles and additional content in form of DLC as well as bug fixes and truck tweaks. The development support for the game was yet again suspended on January 4, 2021.

• Originally the game was called just Spintires, but after Oovee® decided to continue working on game again on February 26, 2019 the name was changed to Spintires: The Original Game due to existence of MudRunner.
