The Seismic Vibrator Module is a truck attachment in base game of SnowRunner and Expeditions.
In SnowRunner, this addon is used primarily in Taymyr for oil-related contracts. It would later see applications in Amur, Belozersk Glades, Ontario, Scandinavia and Almaty Region.
The module returns to Expeditions.
Obtaining
The add-on is available from the start and is free to install on the following trucks:
The Seismic Vibrator Module blocks trailer attachment, with ZiKZ 605R, GMC Brigadier 8000, Step 39331 "Pike" and Mack Defense M917 being the only exceptions.
In Expeditions, KRS 58 "Bandit" can install the seismic vibrator module like in previous game. Besides that, Step 310E (and its Pioneer Pack variant) and Tatra FORCE T815-7 can now install the seismic vibrator module. Tatra FORCE also has a combo of 1-slot flatbed/sideboard bed and the seismic vibrator module.
Step 72-49 "Albatross" truck has a unique variant of the module, which has no rear bumper on it.
Usage
Module has only usage during the dedicated missions, on the course of them, player has to reach the scan zone first. With add-on equiped, player sees the distance between the truck and each of the zones, within 150 meters from the zone, the module begins to play a sound indication. Within 9 meters away, the sound indication changes and by using the Functions menu, the player is able to use the module to perform seismic vibration.
