The Pacific P512 PF is a licensed truck in SnowRunner introduced in the Locate & Deliver DLC.
Description[]
The P512 PF though small in comparison with its sisters in the Pacific family, is still massive in comparison to other trucks.
The P512 can best be described as a mix between a heavy class and a heavy duty truck. It is large by a heavy duty truck’s standards but somewhat compact in comparison with some heavy trucks. Its high power output and size gives it a multitude of options and potential roles it can fufill.
The P512, despite its lack of AWD, is a powerful truck that is extremely dependable in deep mud due to its superb off-road tires, powerful engines selections, and a differential lock. Due to its RWD limitation it is unable to travel through mud at a fast pace but with patience it can still excel. The P512 also has a decent amount of ground clearance even without having any suspension lift upgrades available. It is relatively light in terms of weight but the powerful engine selections gives it an excellent power to weight ratio and superb fuel economy.
The P512 has a fuel tank size that is comparable to some off-road trucks or heavy duty trucks with a capacity of 200L. The engine choices available to it can be greedy with fuel consumption at times but its somewhat light weight helps to improve its fuel economy.
Pros[]
- Decent on mud despite having no AWD.
- Shares tires with the Pacific P16.
- Very powerful.
- Extremely versatile
Cons[]
- Low gear is very weak without it's diff lock on or without the diff lock upgrade.
- Unlocked differentials at stock make it struggle and the upgrade can only be unlocked in rank 15.
- No AWD.
- Small fuel tank and high fuel consumption make this truck a poor choice for long hauls.
Description[]
- One can be found near the task "Saving the farmer's machinery" in Black Badger Lake
- One can be bought from store for 135,000 dollars
Trivia[]
- On the first versions of the PTS for update 12.0, the truck was simply named Pacific P512, later on the PTS the name was changed to Pacific P512 PF.
- In Czech language version of the game, the truck is named Pacific P-512 instead. It is the only language to have the name different from others.
