The PLAD 440 "BUDDY" is a 6x6 truck in SnowRunner, introduced as a part of the High Voltage expansion.

The PLAD 440 is a heavy AWD truck designed to operate in the most unpredictable and harsh conditions. Its reinforced suspension, powerful frame, and great cross-country ability let it conquer any terrain with ease. It's stable even when fully loaded, reliable on long runs, and easy to maintain. The tried and true durability of the PLAD 440 makes it the perfect choice for those who want a mix of power, stability, and reliability during a job.

Unlocking[]

PLAD 440 "BUDDY" is found on the Solace Bay map in Washington State on the course of Deliver at Any Cost task. The mission is available immediately after visiting the Solace Bay, player has to deliver the 440 "BUDDY" to the City Warehouse. PLAD 440 "BUDDY" is granted to the player as a part of the reward and player is able to purchase more of this vehicle in the truck store afterwards.

Description[]

Buddy is based on 6x6 Faun L912 SA, one of the L912 variants that was used as tractor unit truck to pull the low loader semi-trailers. In game it has option to install roof rack and unique sideboard bed, it has also choice between spare wheel types: either one or two.

Unique sideboard bed is based on one used on real-life Faun L912/45A truck, but unlike its real-life counterpart, Buddy's sideboard bed is extended.
