MudRunner is a sequel to Spintires released on October 31, 2017. Unlike original Spintires, it was developed by Saber Interactive and published by Focus Home Interactive. On July 16, 2020 MudRunner Mobile was released on iOS and Android.

Trivia[]
- At one point a DLC called Trials was planned for the game, it would contain a map named the same as the DLC name, not much more is known about it.
- Originally the game was called Spintires: Mudrunner or MudRunner: a Spintires Game, but on the February 27, 2019 the Spintires title from the name has been removed a day after Oovee® decided to continue working on original Spintires.
- The "MudRunner - Launch Trailer" was promoted with a slogans "Improvise", "Adapt" and "Overcome" that are based on a Internet meme "Improvise. Adapt. Overcome" which was popular at the time when the trailer was released.
- A premise of mixing MudRunner with World War Z game spawned a new IP called John Carpenter's Toxic Commando, the project was known under a codename "BloodRunner", the idea was pitched by SnowRunner's lead producer.
- An easter egg to this game can be found at one of the gateway tunnels in Alaska in SnowRunner, player can hear noises made by the Sludge God from Toxic Commando, known in-game files as Mr. Slime.
