Loaders

Loaders are a type of an attachment in SnowRunner used to load and unload regular cargo that is designed to be also operable with those attachments as an alternative to Cranes. Explore & Expand expansion introduced Handler Forks available for Caterpillar TH357 and Grand Harvest expansion introduced a Manipulator crane available for Kirovets K-700.

Usage

When a loader is equipped, it can be activated via Functions menu at Forklift - Fast Mode section. In the Fast Mode, player can move the vehicle around and, while holding a Throttle button, activate the functionality of the loader, therefore operating gearbox is not possible while being in Fast Mode (note that with Immersive Mode enabled, the Fast Mode legend won't be shown, however it will be still usable).

Handler Fork A fork designed to operate with cargoes of 1 slot capacity available only to Caterpillar TH357. The fork costs 7900 currency to buy and comes pre-installed on Caterpillar TH357, it can be detached completely. Cargoes designed for Handler Fork are placed on a blue pallets that allows for easy loading or are a designed container with socket for forks, like Gold cargo. Wide Handler Fork A fork designed to operate with Cabin cargo available only to Caterpillar TH357, the fork costs 11300 currency to buy. The add-on particularly finds its uses in Yukon, Amur, Maine, Belozersk Glades and Ontario.

Manipulator crane A loader designed to operate with Hay Bale cargo available only to Kirovets K-700. The loader costs 6600 currency to buy and it gets applied the current color of the truck. It is a recommended add-on to be used in Roll Out!, Hay Delivery, Empty Hayloft and Feeding time missions in Belozersk Glades, as well as it can be used in Preventive Care mission in Ontario.

• The Handler Fork is based on Block Fork designed for Caterpillar telehandlers.
• The Wide Handler Fork is based on HYDRAULIC PALLET FORK produced by Blue Diamond Attachments.
• The Manipulator crane is based on LT-163 Timber stacker for Kirovets K-700A.
