The International Paystar 5600TS is a licensed 10x6 truck in SnowRunner introduced in the Locate & Deliver DLC.

A monstrously large heavy truck, Paystar 5600TS is a 16-wheel powerhouse of off-road logistics. Outfitted with a 10x6 drivetrain (which can be expanded to a full AWD) and two steerable axles, this truck can haul an entire array of custom add-on layouts, including unique expanded sideboards and flatbeds, as well as special rear-mounted semi-trailer saddles that leave enough space for other frame add-ons even with the trailer attached.

Unlocking[]

The Paystar 5600TS is located at the steel roll factory in Grainwoods River Wisconsin. After discovering the truck it is available for purchase in any North American region.

Overview[]

The International Paystar 5600TS is a modernized twin-steer variant of the International Paystar 5070. It has a length comparable to the Western Star 6900 TwinSteer but more versatility as it can be equipped with add-ons.

The 5600TS in its stock form is extremely poor. Its heavy weight, lack of AWD, unlocked differentials, and poor handling make it extremely poor in offroad conditions. However it can be equipped with differential locking capabilities, AWD, and a suspension lift which when combined with mud tires makes it a dependable truck in mud. The 5600TS can prove itself capable of trekking mud without use of its AWD but tends to struggle in deep mud making it somewhat dependent on AWD to thrive.

Unlike the similar Western Star 6900 TwinSteer, the 5600TS is able to equip a variety of add-ons including a long sideboard bed or flatbed, van body, low saddle, and logging equipment allowing to perform a variety of roles. It can also equip a van body and low saddle at the same time allowing to perform cargo hauling and recovery tasks at the same time.

The 5600TS does suffer from some major drawbacks. Its extremely long length makes its handling very poor. Its lack of any suitable offroad aid at stock also makes it practically unusable until proper upgrades are located.

The 5600TS has a below average fuel tank size of 280L. Its fuel consumption is also very poor due to its fuel hungry engines and heavy weight. These issues are only further worsened by its lack of any add-ons that provide more fuel making it a poor choice for long range hauls with limited fuel sources.

Pros[]

  • One of the few American trucks that can equip super single mud tires.
  • Can support a large variety of add-ons, some of them, Crane+3-slot bed+trailer, saddle with repair van body
  • One of the best trucks for logging, as it support the logging crane + long log carrier combo.

Cons[]

  • Long length makes tight turns extremely difficult
  • Numerous upgrades for it must be located before it becomes suitable for deep mud
  • Small fuel tank but high fuel consumption.

Upgrades[]

  • Differential lock - Located in Grainwoods River to the west of the saw mill in a bog.
  • All wheel drive - Located in the southwest area of Black Badger Lake to the east of the south western gateway.
  • Raised suspension - Located to the west of the Pacific P512 PF near a metal farm in Black Badger Lake.

Trivia[]

  • Inside the 5600TS interior above its cupholders there is a Transmission diagram. Upon closer inspection by using free camera it reveals that the vehicles transmission is manufactured by Triton Euler. Triton Euler is likely a fictionalized stand in for Eaton Fuller.
