The Freightliner 114SD is a licensed truck in SnowRunner.
Light-weight and consistent, the Freightliner 114SD is a heavy hitter when it comes to delivering large amounts of construction materials.
Description[]
Jack of all trades and master of none, the Freightliner 114 SD is one of the most versatile trucks in the game, able to use a staggering amount of add-ons in wide variety of configurations. Crane/flatbed+trailer, medium log bed+log trailer, seismic vibrator, metal detector, it can do any job required by the game.
Unfortunately the price it pays for this versatility is general mediocrity. It has no mud tires, it can only have 47" tires(and needs a raised suspension for it) and while it has a generous 300L fuel tank this is partially negated by the fact it's stuck with the gas-guzzling old US engine types.
The Freightliner requires upgrades to AWD and raised suspension but since both are located in Alaska, by the time the player reaches Rank 20 - required to buy the truck - they would almost certainly have already found them both.
Of special note is that 114SD's steering angle is 40 degrees - rarity among large trucks which usually only have 30. This makes it quite nimble despite its size.

- Located in Burned Forest Ontario, southeast of northwestern black cat that visible from distance.
Upgrade locations[]
- Engageable AWD - White Valley Alaska, directly south of the garage past the runway near a small shack.
- Raised suspension - White Valley Alaska, east of the start of the runway near the watchtower.
Besides that, the truck supports upgrades which available for other trucks:
- Si-6V/2100T - Black River Michigan, situated at the island north of the wooden bridge.
- Offroad gearbox - Drummond Island Michigan, west of the watchtower near the gateway to the Island Lake.
- Highrange gearbox - Mountain River Alaska, situated at the river near the pipeline.
- Metal Detector Module - Imandra Kola Peninsula, exacly north of the northern warehouse.
- Fine-tune gearbox - Black Badger Lake Wisconsin, in the swamp northeast of the log station.

Trivia[]
- Before release the Freightliner 114SD was originally a highway class truck. This was likely changed due to its Engageable AWD, which all Highway Trucks lacked before Phase 1. It is still listed as a highway truck on SnowRunners official game page on the Focus Home Interactive website.
- The truck carries the Montana license plate ZARYA1, zarya in Russian means the glow of the sky before sunrise or after sunset. It is unclear to what the developers intended this to refer to.
