The FEMM 37-AT is a truck in SnowRunner, introduced in the Public Energy expansion.
One of the few articulated-frame trucks. Its basic version features an on-demand 4WD with an optional diff lock. Thanks to its unique design, it can traverse rough terrain and transport loads weighing up to 55,000 pounds to places that other vehicles cannot reach. Only a few of these trucks exist in the world.
Unlocking[]
The FEMM 37-AT is found on the Oviro Hills map in North Carolina on the course of Abandoned Giant contract. The mission is available immediately after visiting North Carolina; the player has to deliver 37-AT to the Nuclear Power Plant Parking Lot in the Reactive Zone. The FEMM 37-AT is granted to the player as part of the reward and will become available to buy in the truck store afterwards.
Description[]
The FEMM 37-AT is based off the Yamal B-6M, a massive 6x6 articulating truck built in the Russian Federation as an arctic expedition vehicle. The FEMM 37-AT however as a much more stylized appearance with notable changes. Compared to many other fictionalized vehicles the FEMM 37-AT resembles its real life counterpart only in the concept of its overall proportions and drivetrain setup. The cab has very few similarities if any, the FEMM windshield is much larger, the cab is taller and longer, and the bumper and grill have both been completely redesigned as the FEMM's are both much larger and stylized. The doors have also been changed as the FEMM windows are angled while the B-6M windows are more square, the cab door handles have also been moved to the bottom of the door just above the fender.
The FEMM 37-AT is a hybrid of multiple heavy trucks, it can haul cargo like the Western Star 6900 TwinSteer but it uses articulating steering like the Caterpillar 745C or Azov 42-20 Antarctic. Essentially the vehicle is split into 2 halves. When steering instead of the front wheels turning the entire front section of the truck will turn sideways to move in the desired direction, though tricky to master it can be of great use to a skilled driver.
Though unusual for a truck of its size and class, the FEMM 37-AT does not come with a differential lock from the factory. Despite this drawback it is capable of handling mud thanks to its massive tires, factory AWD, and monstrous engine that sports one of the highest power ratings in the game. However when loaded and in deep mud the lack of a differential lock will slow this truck to a snails pace. With a differential lock the truck is more than capable of handling whatever it may face. Due to its weight and switchable differential lock it does somewhat depend on its low gears to maintain a steady pace in deep mud and snow or when climbing steep hills. Its long length can make it difficult to maneuver in tight spaces, this is further worsened by the vehicles extremely slow turning speed.
The FEMM 37-AT has a generous selection of add-ons for its size, it can equip a 4 slot cargo bed, large Maintenance frame, Fuel tank, a 3 slot flatbed, high saddle, water tank, and a small and large loading crane. Unlike the Western Star Twinsteer the FEMM can still tow small trailers with a cargo bed add-on. This allows it to haul a massive amount of cargo but will lead to difficulties in tight spaces.
Fuel capacity is slightly below class average at 340L. The high fuel consumption of its upgraded engines and reliance on AWD further worsen this. However the vehicle can equip a roof rack that adds 140L of fuel which does give the vehicle a wide operating range.
Pros[]
- Always on AWD
- It is currently the only in-game truck that can install 4-slot flatbed + trailer combo
- Supports 3-slot flatbed + crane + trailer combo
- Has large 71" heavy mudtires
- Articulated steering makes easy work to sample players
- Has the most powerful engine in the game with a 288k torque - the SBR6-250-R2
Cons[]
- With a 3-slot flatbed + crane + trailer combo it has the empty place between the cab and the articulation
- No log carrying addons
- Supports only high saddle, meaning it can tow only heavy semi-trailers
- Articulated steering can make the truck very difficult to maneuver in tighter sections, especially for newer players
- Drinks a truly absurd amount of fuel, over 30 L/Min, it is also over 50 L/Min (or sometimes 73 L/Min) when the engine is damaged
- Steering and overall driving feels strange
Upgrade locations[]
- SBR6-250-R1 engine - Reactive Zone North Carolina, in the hill northwest of the western watchtower.
- SBR6-250-R2 engine - Oviro Hills North Carolina, near the brick framing.
- Engageable diff. lock - Flatland North Carolina, the swamp at the eastern part of the map.
Besides that, the truck supports upgrades which available for other trucks:
- IMZ-8 520 AT engine - Drowned Lands Taymyr, at the lake west of the garage.
- KZGT-8 530 T engine - Zimnegorsk Taymyr, north of the warehouse.
- Advanced Special gearbox - Pedro Bay Alaska, situated northwest of the factory loading.
- Fine-tune gearbox - Grainwoods River Wisconsin, situated southwest of the northeastern gateway to the Black Badger Lake.

Trivia[]
- FEMM Float Body add-on is based on real-life sideboard bed used on Yamal B-6M truck, a truck on what is based the FEMM 37-AT.
- The license plate of the truck reads "ба030а 89", which is likely means "база" and translates to "base".
- FEMM 37-AT was originally supposed to have unique tires that can be found in the game files under the name "tire_femm_37at", but they have been cancelled since the Public Energy Expansion release.
- According to the description, the "basic version of FEMM 37-AT with an on-demand 4WD and optional diff lock" is a Yamal B-6, the Yamal truck with a 4x4 and shorter frame body, unlike the B-6M.
