The Chevrolet Kodiak C70 is a licensed truck in SnowRunner.
Looking like the CK1500's older cousin, the Kodiak C70 bridges the gap between scout vehicles and fullsize , short-frame trucks. It's not the most powerful or durable vehicle in its class and some large truck addons are a bit too heavy for it, but this medium truck is capable of mounting most of them.
Description[]
The C70 (or C7000/7000) though a bit lacking at first due to its only off-road characteristic being a differential lock, can be upgraded to a capable off-road truck. Based on the vehicles headlight and grill design, it appears to be based on the first-generation 1981-1989 model.
The C70 at stock handles somewhat similar to an upgraded GMC MH9500 but a bit slower. When upgraded with AWD and suspension lift the C70 becomes very dependable off-road. It does struggle a bit when hauling semi trailers due to its small engine but can find success with a flatbed or sideboard bed.
The C70s handling can be problematic at times. Its long frame makes it hard to take tight corners. The trucks light weight and use of only a single rear axle also gives it poor weight distribution for loads. This makes semi-trailers a poor choice to use on this truck as the intense weight put under its axle can cause it to perform wheelies and prevent it from turning.

- It is nimble so it can get places other trucks can't.
- Faster than 2/3 of the highway class trucks.
- Can mount short log carrier.
Cons[]
- It can sink in mud easily with stock tires.
- It struggles under heavy loads that other trucks can take.
- Long frame and single rear axle puts heavy weight on rear end.
- Frame is very long, so it can get stuck on holes.
- Small fuel tanks.
- Could have larger tires based on the suspension ride height but only has 43".
- Can tip very easily with the service addon.

- Engageable AWD - Mountain River Alaska, just west of the Caterpillar 745C and north of the White Valley gateway.
- Raised suspension - Island Lake Michigan - North of the Drummond Island gateway near the watchtower.

- Can be bought from the store after it has been found in Black River for 36,100 dollars.

- Inside the Kodiak's interior there is a badge on the dashboard that reads "SCOTTSORLE". This may be a developer oversight or accidental misspelling of "Scottsdale."
